Business address: #2 7676 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, British Columbia, V5J4K3 Title of the position: Drywall Installer Supervisor (NOC 72014) Job duties: • Oversee and organize daily tasks for construction crews specializing in drywall installation in both residential and commercial settings. • Develop effective work plans to meet project timelines and ensure seamless collaboration with other subcontractors on-site. • Address operational challenges promptly and propose strategies to enhance team productivity and the overall quality of workmanship. • Handle the procurement of necessary materials and supplies to support uninterrupted workflow. • Instruct workers on specific job responsibilities, enforce safety standards, and communicate company policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Provide input on staffing decisions, including hiring and promotions, to build a skilled and reliable workforce. • Maintain detailed records of project milestones and submit regular updates on work progress.
